Best service for a great price. I have always been able to call Tru Green for any problem that surfaced after my lawn was treated & they willingly &; promptly responded to fix any issue. Their technicians understand what contributes to problems with lawns & leave recommendations that fix those problems.

After several years of doing business with TruGreen, I feel we understand each other. I have watched the technicians as they performed various tasks, from fertilizing my grass to weed mitigation to beetle extermination. The workers spent plenty of time doing a thorough job. On a few projects, I asked a question or two and was educated with helpful, respectful answers. Once I was particularly angry with some weeds that wouldn't die, so the company sent someone out within a day to keep attacking the little patches. I heartily recommend TruGreen because of the dedicated employees and the lush green lawn I enjoy.

I would give Juan this 5 star rating because he takes time to answer my questions and concerns and tailors my treatments to fit what my front yard and back yard really need. I have a very problematic front lawn this year due to spreading tall fescue which Juan explained could not be stopped by pre-emergents or weed killers. Back yard is doing well. Grass is thicker for sure. The front yard is not in good shape, but I'm taking steps to hopefully change that. Its good to have someone who knows what can and cannot be done. There is hope.

TruGreen has help my lawn a lot and they give advise on how to help bring out the brown spots .They give you notice before they come out. and the day of they give you a time schedule when they will be there. My lawns looking better every month.

We have used TruGreen/Scotts lawn service for many years and have been pleased with their lawn products, customer service, and the appearance of our lawn. They respond with extra service visits when you have issues with fungus, mites, etc. They also are good about notifying us in advance of a lawn application so we can unlock our gate as we have dogs.
