  Founder

  Dr. Micah Craig is deeply committed to the philosophy that true health encompasses both the internal and external aspects of the body. He believes in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, using an integrated approach that includes the latest advancements in Longevity and Regenerative Medicine, Aesthetics, and Psychology. Dr. Craig emphasizes the importance of nutrition and exercise as foundational elements of preventative health care and is passionate about guiding his patients toward longevity, graceful aging, and whole-body health. Dr. Micah Craig is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine specialist with a robust educational background and a profound connection to Colorado, where he was raised. After earning his M.D. from St. Georges University School of Medicine, he furthered his commitment to holistic wellness by joining the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Growing up in Boulder and Louisville, and attending the University of Northern Colorado, where he studied Kinesiology, Dr. Craig developed a lifelong passion for nutrition and anti-aging, shaped significantly during his residency. As a medical professional, Dr. Craig’s expertise spans regenerative aesthetics, non-surgical anti-aging treatments, and whole-body wellness programs. His work focuses on collagen stimulation, skin rejuvenation, hormone optimization, and longevity medicine to help patients look and feel their best at every stage of life.   John Puhalla, PA-C, CSCS, is the co-founder of RAVE Clinics and a board-certified physician assistant specializing in functional and regenerative medicine. With over 15 years of combined military and clinical experience, John integrates his background in strength and conditioning with advanced medical training to offer a comprehensive approach to health optimization. He holds a bachelor's degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a master's degree from Rocky Vista University. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist, John emphasizes movement and nutrition as foundational elements in his practice. His philosophy centers on identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues, aiming to enhance both cognitive and physical performance. John's dedication to patient-centered care is evident in his commitment to personalized treatment plans that promote longevity and overall well-being.

  Registered Nurse

  Lindsay Puhalla, RN, is a dedicated and highly experienced nurse with over a decade of expertise in the medical field. As a graduate of the Denver College of Nursing, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has since built an impressive career, primarily in the operating room. Throughout her years in surgical nursing, Lindsay has been involved in a wide range of procedures, including plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, general surgery, orthopedics, and ENT. Her diverse experience provides her with a deep understanding of patient care, precision, and medical aesthetics. At RAVE Clinics, Lindsay brings her extensive medical knowledge and passion for aesthetics to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. She is committed to providing top-tier care, ensuring safe and effective treatments tailored to individual needs. Outside of work, Lindsay embraces an active lifestyle, enjoys horseback riding, and cherishes time with her husband and three children.
